this standard specifies the classification method of printing ink products, which is applicable to the production and use departments to divide or judge the ink product categories and their differences, so as to achieve the purpose of product management serialization

1 classification

1.1 printing ink product classification is based on printing and ink varieties, and its classification is shown in Table 1

2 naming

2.1 ink naming principle

full name of ink = printing version + ink variety + color

2.2 color naming principle

ink color = color category + Hue + decor

2.3 the basic name of ink is still the name that has been widely used in China

for example: lead printing, offset printing, transcription, silk, marking, stamping, photocopying, etc. As shown in Table 3

2.4 naming principles of printing auxiliaries

2.4.1 special auxiliaries are numbered and named in the same kind of inks

2.4.2 general auxiliary agent = auxiliary agent code + purpose + Decor

3 model

3.1 in order to distinguish various inks and clarify some characteristics, there must be a model before the name

3.2 the ink model is composed of one Chinese pinyin letter and five Arabic numerals. The Chinese phonetic alphabet represents the type of printing plate, which is located in front of the model. Among the five Arabic numerals, the first and second digits represent the type, performance, purpose, etc. of ink. The third digit indicates the ink color. The third and fourth digits are connected together to indicate the color hue of the ink. The fifth digit indicates the serial number of the decor. The schematic diagram is as follows:

3.2.5 silent product serial number indicates that there are several colors of the same color to meet the needs of different printing products

3.3 the model of ink general auxiliary agent is composed of a Chinese pinyin letter and three Arabic numerals, and the letter code is represented by "F". The first and second Arabic numerals are connected together to indicate the characteristics, uses, composition, etc. of additives. The third Arabic numeral indicates the color of additives, which is used to distinguish different colors of the same type. The schematic diagram is as follows:

4 naming procedures

4.1 for ink varieties that have been mass produced, models need to be applied for, and the ink manufacturer should apply to the national ink standardization technical group. When applying for model, the technical data of product identification must be submitted. Including:

a) composition, characteristics, uses and brief production process of the product

b) product technical indicators and inspection methods

c) product inspection data

d) comparison of products with standards of similar products at home and abroad or actual samples

4.2 after review (organize relevant personnel to discuss if necessary), the unified model name shall be notified to the applicant and reported to the daily chemical Bureau of the Ministry of light industry for the record

4.3 the naming procedures for inks that have been normally produced are the same as above
