Grading, transportation and packaging technology of pear seedlings

grading of pear seedlings

1 Specification of pear seedling out of the nursery

(1) the main root and lateral root of the root system are complete, with more than 3 evenly distributed, stretched and non curled lateral roots. The length of lateral root is more than 20 cm

(2) the height of branches is more than 0.8 ~ 1.3 meters, and the thickness at 10 cm above the junction is not less than 0.8 cm

(3) there are more than 6 adjacent, strong and full buds in the branch segment from 45 to 90 cm above the bud marriage interface. If there are secondary shoots in the plastic belt, there should be strong buds on the secondary shoots

(4) the interface is completely healed and smooth

2. Grading standard

(1) first grade seedlings: the height of seedlings is more than 1 meter, there are at least 3 lateral roots, and the length is more than 20 cm; There are 6 ~ 8 full buds in the plastic band; The stem diameter at 10 cm above the junction is 1 cm, and the junction is completely healed

(2) secondary seedlings: the height of seedlings is more than 30 cm, there are 3 lateral roots, and the length is 15 ~ 18 cm; There are 6 ~ 8 full buds in the plastic band; The stem diameter at 10 cm above the junction is more than 0.8 cm, and the junction is completely healed

(3) grade III seedlings: those that do not meet the requirements of grade I and II and are more than 80 cm high are grade III seedlings, which are not allowed to leave the nursery according to the regulations

packaging of pear seedlings for long-distance transportation

protecting the root system and preventing the seedlings from losing water and injury during transportation are the central links of long-distance transportation of pear seedlings, and proper packaging is the first step

seedlings should be packed as soon as possible after leaving the nursery. First grade the seedlings according to the standard, and then bundle them according to the grade, every 50 or 100 plants When baling, put the root end in line, bind a straw rope near the root and the upper 1/3 of the seedling, and tie the seedling tightly. Dip the root part into the prepared yellow mud if the design of the produced parts allows, so that the root is covered with mud Then put the bundles of seedlings at the root end, and more importantly, the safety of the system will be greatly affected. Put them into a cattail bag (gunny bag, textile bag, etc.), close to the cattail bag and lined with a plastic bag or a large piece of plastic cloth, fill the surrounding with wet grass, surround all the roots with grass, and finally tie the bag mouth with ropes. In order to prevent the dry part of the seedlings from losing water, it is best to wrap it tightly with plastic cloth. In order to save money, you can not wrap them separately. Before loading, put a large plastic cloth in the carriage, and then discharge the bundles of seedlings into the carriage. Finally, lift the plastic cloth around and cover the seedlings with tarpaulin tightly, which can not only effectively maintain moisture, but also reduce the wind damage during transportation

false planting

false planting refers to that seedlings that cannot be planted temporarily need to be buried in soil for moisturizing and root protection, and the false planting can be dug out when planting is pending

(1) false value: select the leeward and sunny place to excavate the artificial planting ditch, with a depth of 50 cm and a width of about 100 cm, running from east to west, and the length depends on the number of seedlings. Put the excavated soil on the north side of the ditch, dig the ditch and loosen the soil at the bottom of the ditch

(2) the seedlings shall be arranged from one end, and the seedlings shall be placed obliquely. The bundled seedlings shall be scattered and discharged by a single plant. It's best to lay out the seedlings like holding onions, and then bury the roots with soil. After laying one row, lay another row until the other end of the planting ditch

(3) the root system of seedlings should be completely filled with soil, and there should be no gap or air ventilation supported by soil blocks. Therefore, the filled soil must be broken

(4) water after planting to make the soil close to the root system. If there is a leak after water seepage, it needs to be sealed with fine soil. In winter, with the temperature gradually decreasing, the soil layer is continuously thickened. When the severe cold comes, the buried depth reaches 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the seedling height

(5) Note: the false planting ditch should not be too deep; The seedlings in the ditch should be arranged neatly, and the root penetration depth is basically the same. Otherwise, the upper seedlings will be buried too shallow and the root system will be frozen; The lower seedlings are buried too deep in the soil. Because they are too wet, the following schemes are some energy-saving measures that have been used in the development and development of the experimental machine, and the root rot occurs
